A little help, when you need it.

Open your journal

Use your passkey on the same domain, weekkeep.com. If you have lost access to all passkeys, use your recovery kit in the account screen. Never send anyone your recovery words, access tokens or passkeys.

Connect an assistant

See the connection guide. OAuth connections can be revoked in Settings → Connected apps. REST tokens and feeds are managed under Agents & private feeds.

Saving and sync

Keep the tab open if a save fails. Export a local backup before clearing browser data. A conflict means another device or tool changed the cloud journal; review the versions instead of overwriting newer writing. When sync is paused, assistants read the last cloud version and cannot write.

Privacy and deletion

Manage analytics through Privacy choices. Export your journal in Settings, and use the account deletion flow to remove the cloud account. Clear local copies separately on each device. Read about data handling.
